Sydney’s passion for sustainable living stems from a lifelong love of nature and ocean conservation. Raised in Southern California, she spent her summers exploring marine life at the Ocean Institute and on Catalina Island—experiences that sparked her commitment to protecting our planet.
Now, she embraces a slow, intentional lifestyle, taking her dog Charli on daily eco-walks and inspiring her friends, family, and community to make thoughtful, sustainable choices.

As a Plastic Ocean Project ambassador, Sydney is excited to lead beach cleanups, host educational events, and champion small changes in her community—like switching to compostable dog waste bags—that make a big impact.
